1860 census Quachita Co, AR (info you probably already have):

Kellum(sic), R. F., 35, b GA
" Catharine, 31, b NC
" Martha, 1, b AR
" George W., 23, b AL

I assume R.F. and George W. are brothers, from ages and birth locations they appear to fit into the following family from the 1860 Rusk Co, TX census, info from the Rusk Co, TX GenWeb archived site:

Kellam, Henry, 60, b GA
" Laney (?), 56, b GA
" J.M., 27, b GA
" T.J., 26, b GA
" William, 21, b AL
" Julia, 17, b AL
" A., 15, b AL

1870 census Van Zandt Co, TX:

Kelam(sic), Henry, 70, b GA Rt Farmer [assume Rt is retired]

" John M., 40, b GA Farm Laborer, md in May
" Quntha?, 23, b GA

Alexander, 27, b AL, Farm Laborer
" Cornelia, 20, b TX
" Jujlie, 2, b TX
" Henry, 1, b TX
" Julie, 25, b GA, Weaver

Henry, John & Alexander each have separate "family numbers", but all are listed under same dwelling number, which is given to Henry.

Van Zandt Co, TX land records should show final sale of Henry's land, and all heirs would have to sign off. Those living out of state might give power of attorney for someone locally to collect their share of the estate, those records will show in land record books, too. This also is a good way to pick up married names of female members of the family. Then you can begin to track down the descendants in this family.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
