Hi. Go to the website http://www.theultimates.com/white/ and see if you can locate him in the white pages. I found two Carl Depue's but neither in Texas. You might call or write them. The Social Security death index shows a Carl Depue died in San Clemente CA in 1970. And I checked the tax rolls in Smith County TX and he doesn't own property there. I think that may be where St. Louis is, or rather was since it was absorbed into Tyler. Hope you find him, sorry I couldn't be more help.
