Indian Wars pension applications for service in TX??

Found a few possible relatives in the "Indian Wars Pensions 1892-1926" for some service provided in Texas after the Civil War. Would the Texas Archives have information about the pensions or would it require a federal pension application? If a federal pension form is required, which form--not the one used for Civil War applications? Appreciate any information.
