Allowing for the well known fact the enumerators made many mistakes on the census, I think this may be your Fromme, down as Frans in Panola Co, TX 1880 census. All the other family names match. You say you found the Allens on the 1870 census, but you didn't give any dates for any of them. So, you'll have to decide if both the names and ages match your family. Calvin is listed as head of household, with his mother and siblings living with him.

Categories: Name; Relationship to head of household; Marital Status; Gender; Race; Age; Birthplace; Occupation; Father's Birthplace; Mother's Birthplace.

Calvin ALLEN Self S Male B 22 LA Farmer LA LA
Jane ALLEN Mother W Female B 40 LA Keeping House LA LA
Frans ALLEN Brother S Male B 18 LA Works On Farm LA LA
Alice ALLEN Sister S Female B 16 LA Works On Farm LA LA
Henretta ALLEN Sister S Female B 14 LA Works On Farm LA LA

Happy Hunting (^_^)
