After 1909 the birth index is by Counties-

It would take me way too long to try to find it- especially since there are a ton of "Name Not given" for the father - and without a date you would be flying blind anyway.

Is she still alive?
Have you asked her when her birthday is?
If not have you gotten her death certificate?
How about an obit?
