Have not had any luck on I.A. (Ira Atesin) Maphis and Mary Cunningham. Only information I have is Ira born in Va; married Mary Cunningham in Cherokee County, TX 23 Mar 1880, Ira died in abt. 1895. From 1900 Jacksonville census-Mary Maphis, age 40 born in Texas, 2 children died before 1900; mother, Charlotte Cunningham age 81, born in Alabama and 1 niece & nephew. Understand Cunningham was a prominent name in Jacksonville. Any help would be appreciated.
