John B. Howe Obit - Magnolia Cemetery??

I recently found a tiny scrap of newsprint with no date, city, county or state, but am sure it is somewhere in TX around 1903: Funerals - John B. Howe - Funeral services for John B. Howe who died Thursday night at his home, 1511 Nelson St., will be held from the residence at 5 p.m. Saturday, Buriel wil be in Magnolia Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be selected from among the Modern Brotherhood of America. (Is this the Knights of Columbus?)

Does anyone recognize Magnolia Cemetery....or Nelson St...or John B. Howe?? I believe this is my ggrandfather who died March 27, 1903. Served in CSA from Lavaca Co. TX.

Many thanks for anyones' help on this.
