jordan lafayette ely, b 1838, married sussannah frantches fowler dec 20 1860. They supposedly migrated from north carolina, and/or alabama to Texas. They had nine children, jay gould, emmett, claudia, w.c., annie laurie, jordan a, rebecca, and hosea ely.The settled near and around Gause, tx,mostly buried in smyrnae, gause, norwood cemeteries.would like to know of mother/father,brothers/sisters and any other information. thanks d ely hearne, tx.
