Anyone have access to "East TX Family Records"?

I found my ggrandmother listed on an index in the above book on the Denton GENWEB site. However it didn't have a way to look it up.

The line was "Mrs. S. M. Fain, Vol 4, Issue 1, Page 25.

The S.M. stands for Sarah Missouri (Butler) Fain who was married to Ansel Watkins Fain.

I haven't been able to find a volunteer who has access to these volumes and anyone who is able to help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
