Joan, I found some notes from old family bible. On Page 1,
there is a note that Daniel Pierce and Hugh Pierce were both on March 1st. 1751. On Page 2, John Pierce b. June 6, 1775, then listed below him is Hary Pierce b. March 18,1798, Ruth Pierce b. Feb. 16, 1800, Daniel Pierce b. Sept. 6, 1802, and Ann Pierce, b.May 7, 1805. On Page 3, William Hugh Pierce, b. Aug. 15, 1817, son of Hary. Other children of Hary? Sarah Pierce, b. Dec. 23, 1820, Daniel Pierce was b. July 28, 1822, Peter Pierce b. Oct. 30, 1896, (possibly year should have been 1826, otherwise he would be listed out of order) then Mary Jane Pierce, b. Jan. 15, 1827, then on page four, there is listed three more children-Ruth Pierce b. Dec. 12, 1829, Aney Pierce b. April 17, 1831, and finally Johatha Pierce. There is a note in this old bible that says "This bible property of Wm. Hugh Pierce 12, 1819. There is also a hand written note that looks like a Roy or Ray Pierce and Nanacy Roffery may have had the following six children: Darrell, Homer, Mary, Richard, Daniel and Hugh Pierce. Do you have info on any of these names? Thanks, George Daniel Pierce
