Well, if these are your people, then obtain copies of the death certificates, they should show the names of the parents of their respective set of parents. Obituaries are good, sometimes they will include helpful bits of information, too.
Death certificates are obtained in the county where a person died, just like you would do currently. Check public library in area where the deceased lived, see if they have local newspapers on microfilm, or local obituaries. If they do not, they should know where they can be found.
