Since you know when and where Judge died, you can obtain a copy of his death certificate from the Health Dept in Oklahoma City, OK. It should show the names of his parents, including his mother's maiden name.
Have you looked for newspaper article about the shooting, and an obituary? You might find the name of the "other" son, too. Happy Hunting.
