Gotts, Markrums and Yearys

I am looking for information about my Great-Grandfather Charles Emory Gott born July 3, 1874, possibly in Sullivan Co. TN. He married my Great-Grandmother Adelia Alice Markrum( b. 1/29/1880 in the Mesquite area) around 1900 probably in Mesquite, Tx. Her parents were Henry M. Markrum and Serelda Jane Yeary Markrum from Lee Co. Va. They moved to the Mesquite area in 1871. Very little is known about Charles Emory Gott. There is a possible connection with Dulaney Willard Gott (possibly my Grandmother's "Uncle Laney"), b. 12/5/1877 d. 2/22/1938, his wife Julia A. Gott and other Gotts buried in Mesquite Cemetary in the same lot. Also there is correspondence from "Cousins" Kitty and Joe Gott from Athens, TX. dated 1911. I do know that Charles Emory Gott was in Staples, TX prior to the marriage to Adelia Alice Markrum as I have a letter to her from him while he was there. Any Information would be appreciated, especially regarding the Gotts. Thank You. Donna Williams
Norman, OK
