1.JOSHUA2 SMITH I(JOHN1) was born 5 April 1765 in Prince William County, Virginia, and died 15 August 1844 in Tishomingo County, Mississippi (Thursday, abt 10:00 a.m.).He married MARY ANDERSON 20 June 1791, daughter of WILLIAM ANDERSON and NANCY STINSON.She was born July 1774 in Chester District, South Carolina, and died 13 October 1848 in Franklin County, Alabama.
