Limestone Co, TX wasn't formed until 1846, parent county was Robertson Co.

"Republic of Texas: Poll Lists for 1846", compiled by Marion Day Mullens, shows:

Drury Sanders -- Leon Co.

Leon Co, TX was also formed in 1846 from Robertson Co, TX. I would check the 1850 census for this family, then follow them through census records.

If they continue to stay in a county, check the GenWeb site for that county, some GenWeb counties are putting their cemeteries online. Post your query on all those county sites, plus ask if anyone has a county history, and would they check for any possible info on Drury and Calaway. In fact, if you have names of any other members of the family, include them in your query. Descendants of siblings may also be working on this family and recognize the names.
