I would suggest you look for these people on census records, to narrow down where they were located.But, you show birth for Joseph Mark Robertson as Nov 1871, which leads me to think you've seen the 1900 census, because it asks month and year of birth of everyone in the household.If you did find him in 1900 did you follow through 1910 and 1920?You never know who might also be living in the household, ayounger sister or brother, or older relative living out their "golden" years with them.Often a mother or father will live with married children in old age.
Depending on where she was in the birth order, parents of Lou Ella, Tom & Carrie, were probably born about 1850-1855, and there is a good chance they lived long enough to generate a death certificate, so you want to find them on census records, see where they were living, and possibly died.
Also, good chance Joseph and Mary, parents of Joseph Mark Robertson, also generated death certificates.They are important as they should show the names and birth locations of the parents of each of the deceased.
