Patti - in the Panhandle of Texas is a county called Ochiltree. Just south of Perryton where US hwy 83 splits with SH 70 there is a dot named Ochiltree. The dot is at the intersection of SH 70 and FM 3045. Perryton is the only town of any size in that county and it is almost in Oklahoma. I got this information from The Roads of Texas. Hope it helps you. The ZIP code for Perryton is 79070. Good luck.
