I am sorry but I do not know much about the Ricks name. In fact I may not have spelled it right. It could be Rix. Why do you ask? My aunt Mrs. Edna Earl Feazell Thompson worked with Hazel Mac Ricks for many many years and perhaps I could get some information for you if you tell me what you would like to know. Hazel Mac(Max?) was very prominent in DeKalb and very well liked and respected. She was a very good singer as well as civic leader. She sang at my father's funeral and on many other special occasions in DeKalb.
