I'm not sure if this helps, but my father spent a lot of time in Monahans Texas during the oilfield days as did my grandfather John Henry Hobbs. I know that my aunt Katrina was adopted, but has since returned to the family. My father's name was Johnny Leon Hobbs. I know that he also gave at least one child up for adoption, but your too old. However he did keep a lot of secreats.
