I grew up in Uvalde, and have family buried in Uvalde and Sabinal. The cemetery you mentioned is on Hwy 90 just east of the town of Sabinal, Texas. I have generations of family buried there. Con Can is close to Sabinal, and many people from Con Can are buried in the Sabinal cemetery. The Uvalde County Courthouse should have burial records for people buried in Sabinal. If not, try contacting Sabinal City Hall to see if they can direct you to the man who cares for the cemetery. I can't remember his name right off the top of my head, but he has a record of all the people who are buried there. Or you could ask City Hall to forward your request directly to Kathryn DeWitt Gazaway, who compiled the information you have.
