I am searching for my half sister, Bertha Viola Oatney, may have gone by the name of Oaten. Married a Henry, were living in TX about 20 years ago. Mothers name was Mildred Fivecoat, Fathers name Virgil Oatney. She was born in Co in 38 or 39. We were seperated when parents divorced. Last seen in 1940. Please if someone can help me send an e-mail. Have been searching for years but have been denied information needed to help locate Bertha.
