Rev. John D. Williams was born 1831, Copiah County, Mississippi. The 1860 census shows him in Nacogdoches, living with his small son, John. No others in the household. In 1861, in Angelina County, he married Catherine Guinn. I know that he pastored churches in Cherokee and Freestone Counties before moving to West Texas. Rev. Williams was my gr gr grandfather, Can abyone tell me where he is buried? It will be quite possible that he is in a samll church cemetery near Miles Station. Please e-mail if you can help ne. Ann
