Stephanie,
I am going to Kaufman wednesday I check for you. Kaufman is the county seat and yes Terrell has a state hospital. I don't know is the hospital has it's own cem. but will check. I don't get to go to Terrell as much as I use to but the next time I do I'll take a pic. for you. If everything checks out.
