William P Watkins was the father of Thomas Franklin Watkins who married Mary Malissa Holmes after the death of her husband J.W. Holmes.
J.W. HOLMES & Mary Malissa GENTRY-CLIFTON married in Longview, Gregg Co. TX on April 19, 1895. I have no information on J.W. Holmes.
