Hi Sandra,
I have been searching everywhere for information on an Albert Holden who married a Mary Ann Mathias (she's from Ireland) in Leon County, Fl in 1840 and then moved to Texas right after. They had two sons together, Edward Carroll Holden and Daniel Webster Holden. Albert disappeared/died in 1846-1848. Given the time frame he was thought to have been in the Mexican-US War. In 1852, his wife, Mary got remarried to a George Freeman in Gillespie Co, Texas. I don't know anything about Albert except this information. I don't even have a concrete birthdate. Please contact me if this makes any sense whatsoever.

Thanks!!

Melissa
