Did you know John Brown Worrell applied for Texas Confederate pension #18110 - McLennan Co, TX. And, his widow also applied, Pauline Catherine Worrell #39722 - McLennan Co, TX. I would obtain a copy, especially hers. They asked lots of questions, and there might even be something in there about any previous marriage, keep you fingers crossed.
