HI !! I have read all your info in the queries. I am looking for a JOhn Smith. I believe he married a Pualine Catherine Dunn in Parker CO.,TX. Can't find out for sure cause the marriage records burned!! Darn it!

Anway on 1880 Census for Montague Co.,TX Pauline is listed as wife of John Brown Worrell who she married in 1871 in McLennan Co.,Tx. Now- On that census she has her own kids with Smith a GW, DS, and a J/Z Smith. Says their father was born in TN.

I believe that J/Z is my JOhn Enocn Smith.
I think he was born about 1868.

My point in being is that maybe there is something to his Smith father being from TN.

Maybe Mr. SMITH died in the Civil War. I just thought we could maybe put something together. sounds like we are both having fun finding these SMITHS!

love to hear from you.
