I am looking for any information about my grandmother--Nettie Louise Phillips. She was born in Clyde, Texas in about 1880. Here mother died either in childbirth or shortly after. Her mother last name Phillips--first name unknown--should be buried around Clyde in 1880 to 1882. Her dad left to Oklahoma, he has my grandmother on a buggy with some farely wild horses. Some of the townfolks in Cylde took my grandmother in until age about 16 when she move to Ozona to be a nanny. Does anyone know of a Phillips buried in or around Clyde in the late 1800"s?
