You do not say what date of 1891 represents, but am assuming it is birth year. Only Lura Elliott on SSDI b in 1891 had final benefit paid in FL, and she received her SS card in FL. There is a Lee Elliott of FL, too. But, they are common names.
Did find the following on TX Dth Idx Online, and SSDI:
John Cobb Pickering b 28 Apr 1893, d 6-21-1964 in Kaufman Co, TX and SS card issued in TX
Fred Elmer Pickering b 19 Apr 1884, d 5-9-1968 in Tarrant Co, TX, last residence in Ft. Worth, Tarrant Co, TX, and SS card issued in PA.
Not as sure of match on the Fred. I would try Kaufman and Van Zandt Co, TX GenWeb sites, some GenWeb counties are putting their cemeteries online. Post a query, see if anyone recognizes your family. If you have any other dates, it would help, especially if you give which event goes along with the date.
