Hi=thanks again--in my post I had put HOUSTON CO.==so the city of Houston,Tx wasn't actually ever in mind--
The Ellis I am searching for (possible connections to Rye,Texas) - is buried in Lovelady,TX.= and had always thought they lived and died in Lovelady(Houston Co.) Texas=Other Ellis members had connections to Trinity& Walker Co.==which is close to Brazos Co.(one of the RYE TX locations you sent)....and I want to thank you again for the info....
since I have just gotten this info about this RYE TX lead--I have not been able to do any checking ----but plan to do so when I get to that area.
Lavinia
