Since you know when and where Samuel died, have you obtained a copy of his death certificate? It should show the names and birth locations of his parents. See, I had to know he died after TX began keeping vital records in 1903. So, if Sibelis died after 1903, you can do the same for her. You don't show a death date for the "trouble maker", but you can follow up on him in TN. Have you looked up the families on at least the 1900 census? It is a good one for researchers, it even asks some questions not on any of the other census records.
