Hugh:

I have know the name of both my greatgrandparents for many years and that they lived in Navarro County Texas in the early years as my father was born in Navarro County in 1905 and knew his grandfather quite well. However, as happens, some children do not remember, nor are they told much regarding the family member once that member is no longer with them.

The people I AM NOT sure of is the J.E. and Frances A. E. Medford. Are they the parents of my RoseAnn? I am hoping that the death certificate will give me this information.

I contacted the County Clerks Office in Corsicana this morning. Talked with a very nice lady there. Her explanation of the 2 certificates was a correction that could be date or something. I am writing them today to request copy of each of the Death Certificates and a copy of the Marriage Certificate for my G.Grandparents.

Again, Hugh, A HUGE THANK YOU! ! !

Betty
