Since you know where Homer & Alma are buried, I assume you know their death dates. You can obtain copies of their death certificates which should show the names and birth locations of their respective parents. TX began keeping vital records in 1903, so if Olynthus, or his wife, died in TX after 1903, you can obtain copies of their DCs, too.

Have you checked the 1900 census? It is very helpful, and asks some questions not on any of the other census records.
