Have you looked up Joe Rowe and his family on the 1900 census? Henry would've been 14 and probably still at home. The 1900 census has some very helpful info, including month and year of birth of everyone in the household, how many children a married woman has had and how many living at the time of the cenus, and much more.

Do you know when and where Henry died? If so, obtain a copy of his death certificate, it should show the names and birth locations of his parents.
