According to Getty Thesaurus there are two Shamrocks in TX, one in Dallas Co, there other in Wheeler Co. Do you know when and where George & Mary died? If not, TX has a state wide death index from 1903 to about 1940, not online at present. Once you find their death dates, obtain a copy of their death certificates, they should show the names and birth locations of their respective parents.

If you think they stayed in the Wheeler Co. area, try the Wheeler Co, TX GenWeb site. Some GenWeb counties are putting their cemeteries online.
