Thanks for your help. Let me add some information and still see if we have a match. My Raymond King Harrell was the son of Oscar Harrell and Etta Lindsey. The 1920s sounds about right. Raymond had a brother named Monroe. Monroe never married and never had any children (to my knowledge). He was living in New York or Pennsylvania.

I was told by my mother that Raymond had moved to Galveston, TX. He and Monroe would have been born in Louisiana.... probably around LeCompte,Alexandria, or Washington.

Oscar and Etta, Raymond's parents, got a divorce and Oscar married a woman from Leesville, LA named Dutchie Cathern Laurence.
They had 4 boys. Raymond and Monroe would have been around 15 to 20 years older than the later 4 boys. The 4 younger boys were born in 35, 37, 40, & 43. Oscar died 1/1/1944. He is buried around LeCompte, LA.

Does this shed any light on my request for Raymond King Harrell?

Brenda Anne Harrell
Daughter of one of the 4 younger boys.
