Texas began keeping vitals in 1903, no records prior to that. But, with a railraod accident, I would check the newspaper/papers in Paris, TX. And, if he lived somewhere else, check newspapers where he lived, too. Not a lot of people killed in railroad accidents, so it was BIG news.
