Gallagher's Ranch: Medina Co. TX

Does anyone know where Gallagher's Ranch was? My husband's g-grandfather was the postmaster there 1885-1891. His name was Lauriston White. His daughter, Lula S. became postmaster in 1899. The family was still in Medina Co. in the 1900 census.

Lauriston's wife was Ida Zulaica, who (family lore says) was b. in the San Antonio area abt. 1855. However, the 1900 census says she was b. in NJ! I think someone fudged on their census report to hide Ida's Mexican heritage.
