Hello,

I am trying to find info on the Littleton Spivey Smith family of Bruceville, TX. Littleton and his wife Martha Chapman Smith owned 300 acres near Bruceville. That land is now called the Green..... Boy Scout Retreat or Camp. Littleon was born in 1832 in Newberry SC. Sometime after the 1850 census he moved to Texas with his brother John and sister Elizabeth. I do not know if their mother Eve came with them. I am specifically looking for married names of three of his daughter's. They are Dolcie, Rebecca and Sarah (Sallie) Smith. After Littleton's death in 1887, his son John, wife Emma and Martha continued to work the farm. He and his family were members of the Bruceville Baptist Church. Littleton and Martha's daughter Mary Alice Smith Ingram was my Grandmother. If you have any info or suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.
