Hi Earl
I don't know anything about the Stiles other than my grgrandfather was Aaron Benton Stiles born in Texas and
Married Texahna Ward of Texas. They came to Oklahoma and
I know my grandmother Myrtle Lee Stiles married Benjamin
Airs Stewart in 1912 in Oklahoma. Some of the other kids
were born in Texas and a couple born in Okla. Tex was born
in about 1873-78 My grandmother was born in Texas in 1898.
I know there was a Virgil Stiles mentioned growing up but
don't know how he was related maybe he was a brother of
Aaron.
A lady on the internet said maybe Texana was the daughter of
John Ward of Oklahoma and Syrina Hamby of Ark. (Syrina may
of had a middle name of Phoebe.) I would like to find out
about family of Stiles and Wards. thanks Phyllis
