Am looking for information this family. I have very few clues but would appreciate any help anyone can give. W.L. and Julia Bennett were living in Brady, McCullough Co., TX in 1918 when they sold Julia's father's land in Upshur Co., TX.

1. HARVEY A.6 ELMS (SAMUEL5, THOMAS4, CHRISTOPHER3, JOHN2, WILLIAM1) was born April 22, 1844 in Independence County, ARK, and died February 02, 1904 in Upshur Co., Texas. He married (1) LOUIZA ROWE in Independence County, AR. She was born 1847 in Tennessee. He married (2) MARY E. THOMPSON. She was born January 16, 1862, and died April 14, 1944 in Upshur Co., Texas.

Jocie Lee Jones and husband H.W. Jones signed ( Lafayette, Smith County, TX) for the sale of Harvey's land after his death. I do not know if this is one of his daughter's or perhaps Richard Elms (his son) daughter, since Richard did not sign and I assume he was deceased. This might have be Luretta.
