I am looking for information on John Washington Poe B. 5 April 1835 D. 13 May 1899
He was married to a Jane Stapp , Possibly in Arkansas,Mississippi or Georgia. WE believe she died? They had 1 Daughter born in Mississippi (Frances Evelyn Poe) He then married Nancy Caroline Springer in White County Arkansas. They had their first child in Mississippi, then they moved to Coryell County,Texas. Several other children were born there before they moved to McCulloch County, Texas. They Lived In Voca, McCulloch County, Texas from before 1880 until his death. Nancy Carolina stayed until her death. There are still decendants in the area.
I am looking for any information on his parents and siblings. I believe his father 's name was William and his Mothers name could have been Elizabeth. If any one has any info I would appreciate it. I will be happy to share any infot that I have.
