By now you probably have this. In 1930 Mrs. R.E.L. Clark is a widow and her daughter Edna is a "Bookkeeper in the Tax Collector's Office." But, the only DC I find that looks like R.E.L. is recorded in Tom Green Co, TX. Is this him? It would help to see who was the informant on his DC, but that part of the LDS site has been on the fritz for a couple of days.
