need help- Dr's name in Jefferson 1974
Posted by: Pam Hartzo Place Date: January 09, 2001 at 10:01:25

I am trying to decipher a Dr's signature on a death certificate. Can you help?
The initials are G.J. or A.J.-- the last name is ??rrde. The first letter of the last name could possibly be an A. The letters r & d are pretty clear.
He would have been from the Jefferson area,(Marion County) I assume, because he signed a death certificate for a man that died at Magnolia Manor nursing home in Jefferson in 1974.
Would anyone be able to direct me to source that would have a list of Dr's in the Jefferson area that were in practice during the 1970's?
Thank you
Pam Hartzo Place
