Harrells of Madison Co.

Hi, I wanted to see if any one had info on the Harrells that lived in Madison Co.
from late 1800's to about mid 1920's. They would have been Alexander Harrell and his son Seth Harrell and their families. From what I've been told Alexander and his wife and some of their grandchildren are buried somewhere in Madison County. My grandmother thinks it is in Madisonville, while my great uncle from this family says they are buried in Midway. I have gone several times looking in both towns with no luck.
