In 1892, Mary I. STEWART CRWNOVER married John E. Payne according to a posting of Marriage Book 1 for Llamo county, TX.
Mary was the widow of Chesney CROWNOVER who she married in Feb 1884 according to marriage Book 1.

Chesney died 8 Jul 1889 in Llano County.

Then in 1900, Mary is living with her father, FARIS STEWART and the census indicates she is again a Widower.

1900 CENSUS: Twp 3 S Range 2 E, Chickasaw Co., Indian Territory; Series: T623, Roll: 1848, Page: 35, Line 39, HouseHold 210/221; Faris C. Any info abouts these families will be greatly appreciated.

Charlie
