DAVIS/BRASHER/WILSON

Am searching for information regarding the date of death and place of burial of THOMAS JEFFERSON DAVIS, and his wife, MARTHA FRANCES (WILSON) BRASHER DAVIS.

THOMAS JEFFERSON DAVIS was a native of Hinds Co., MS, son of WILLIAM and SARAH (JENNINGS)DAVIS. He was born April 5, 1818. First wife: SARAH ANN KELLY. She died ca. 1843. Second wife: ELIZABETH SHORT. She died 1854.

Third wife was MARTHA FRANCES WILSON, a native of Coosa Co., AL. She was born Dec. 11, 1833 in AL and was md. to her first husband, SEYMOUR C. BRASHER, in Coosa Co., AL on Nov. 1, 1854. They moved to Brazos Co., TX prior to 1860. SEYMOUR (SEYMORE) C. BRASHER was a Major in the Confederate Army and died 1863 in Ft. Delaware while a prisoner of war. They had five children: MAUD BRASHER, JERRY C. BRASJER, THOMAS M. BRASHER, JOHN M. BRASHER, and SEYMORE BRASHER.....all born between 1855-1863.

Will be glad to exchange further information.
