One reason for the mention of Waverly or Old Waverly is this road goes from just outside of Cleveland to Waverly or through Waverly. I haven't traveled this road all the way in a few months but several people here take it when going to Huntsville. I know there was a lot of logs taken from this area to a sawmill at Waverly at one time.

I will have more information for you by the end of the weekend and will gladly take pictures if you would like.

As for Find A Grave, I have seen several graves that have been submitted without caring about how true the information is. Someone submitted the information for my husband's grave (no stone) and they used my birth date as his death date. No idea who it was or where they got the info.
