I live in Liberty County and the Montague Church you are referring to is close to Cleveland and gets it mail from Cleveland but is actually in San Jacinto County. The zip code is for the North Cleveland area.

I will go to the Chamber as soon as possible and try to get a new map as all of mine are old. I know they have annexed some land to the west of Cleveland but not that far out.

A lot of addresses have changed with the new 911 addresses but I don't think the maps have been updated. All of the county roads have been renamed so no one knows what they are unless they drive by and see the new road signs.

FM1725 is a Farm to Market road and they were renamed, it starts on 105 just outside of Cleveland and goes past a lot of small farming communities that no longer have Post Offices.

If you have a name for that cemetery I will be glad to drive out and look for it.
