I recently obtained several old photos of Merle Loomis and his wife Minnie. They owned a photography studio in Cleveland, Texas in the 1930's and probably later. Merle was born around 1892. I found him in the Liberty County, Texas 1930 census. His age was listed as 38. I don't believe he is any relation to me but The photos might be of interest to his descendants. I think they were taken in the mid-1930's. They are in excellent shape. If you are related and would be interested in the photos, please contact me.
